Bake 16.17 – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Bake 16.17. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. About Us

Bake 16.17 is a trading name of Little Pistachio LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12686691).

2. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed through our online store at www.bake1617.com.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Payment can be made using the secure payment methods available at checkout.

Please check your order carefully before confirming, including the product details, collection/delivery date, and any personalisation. We cannot take responsibility for errors made during the ordering process by the customer.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order through our online checkout. Your order will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Once paid, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and collection/delivery information.

4. Changes to Orders

You may request changes to your order up to 48 hours before the agreed collection or delivery date, subject to availability.

To request a change, please contact us via email with your order number and details.
No changes can be made within 48 hours of your scheduled collection/delivery date.

5. Collection

Collection is available and the timing varies with each online drop. The collection address will be confirmed after checkout.

If you are unable to collect at the arranged time, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not collected on the day, it will be securely stored and may be collected the next working day, subject to availability.

Once collected, the order becomes your responsibility for safe transportation.

6. Local Delivery (Bristol)

Local delivery is available within Bristol for eligible postcodes. Delivery availability and fees will be shown at checkout.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time. If no one is available and redelivery is required, an additional fee may apply.

Once delivered, Bake 16.17 is not liable for any damage to the order.

7. Quality & Variations

All our products are handmade using high quality ingredients. Due to the nature of handmade goods, slight variations in appearance may occur.

We reserve the right to substitute components (e.g. decorations, flowers, or ingredients) with alternatives of equal or greater quality if necessary.

8. Storage & Care

Please store your bakes at room temperature (unless stated!) and consume within 3-4 days.

Once collected or delivered, Bake 16.17 is not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling or storage.

9. Allergen Notice

All products are made in a kitchen that handles eggs, dairy, gluten, nuts, and other common allergens. While every effort is made to avoid cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen free.

Please review allergen information before placing your order and notify us of any allergies in the notes section at checkout.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

  • More than 2 days before delivery/collection — Full refund.

  • Less than 2 days before delivery/collection — 50% refund.

  • Same-day cancellations — Non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery with clear photos. We will review your case and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

11. Customer Satisfaction

We want every customer to be happy! If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us promptly and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

12. Limitation of Liability

Bake 16.17’s total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to missed events, emotional distress, or third-party costs.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, extreme weather, supplier shortages, or transport strikes.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
