I started this business back in 2020, originally making occasion cakes. In 2023, I did my very first market on New Year’s Eve and I fell in love with it!

Fast forward to July 2025, I came back after having my second baby and decided to take my business in a completely new direction. Rebranding to Bake 16.17, focusing on markets, growing my community & creating the bakes I love to make.

Since then, I’ve grown my Instagram to 28k+ followers and have built a little community that regularly turns up at my markets, with weekly sell outs becoming the norm 🥹

One thing I’ve always cared about is freshness..

I believe that’s what people deserve. So you won’t find frozen bakes or things that have been sitting around for days here!!

Everything is made fresh, with my market bakes prepared the day before so they’re ready for you to enjoy at their best.

These days, you’ll find me popping up at markets around Bristol with my Cloud Cakes, Loaded Cookies, brownies and other indulgent bakes.
