Refund policy

At Bake 16.17, every bake is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we cannot accept returns once an order has been collected or delivered.

Refunds & Cancellations

• More than 2 days before delivery/collection — Full refund.

• Less than 2 days before delivery/collection — 50% refund.

• Same-day cancellations — Non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can investigate and offer a suitable resolution. This may include a partial refund, credit, or replacement.
