Ordering & Delivery
How far in advance should I place my order?
I recommend booking your bake at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your date, as my diary fills quickly. Last minute orders are occasionally possible - please get in touch to check availability.
Can I order for the same week?
Occasionally, yes! If I have availability, I’ll always try to accommodate. Send me a message via the Contact page or my Instagram to check last minute availability.
Do you deliver?
I currently offer local delivery within Bristol for a small fee, or free collection from Knowle BS4 at an agreed time between 12pm to 6pm.
Can you deliver to events or venues?
Yes! We can deliver directly to your home, university accommodation, event space, or venue. Please provide full delivery details at checkout or get in touch to make arrangements.
For university accommodation deliveries, please note that we are unable to bring your order to your door. You’ll need to meet us at the main entrance to receive your bakes.
Storage, Allergens & Dietary Info
How long do your bakes last?
Bake 16.17 bakes are freshly made and best enjoyed within 2-5 days.
All cakes should be stored in the fridge and can last up to 2 days if stored correctly. Buttercream Cakes are recommended to be enjoyed at room temperature.
Brownies and cookies can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days or frozen for longer.
Do you offer gluten-free, nut-free, or vegan options?
While we don’t currently offer fully allergen-free bakes, we can sometimes accommodate simple swaps.
All bakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts, so we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
Can I see the full allergen list?
Yes, full allergen information is available on request. Please message us if you have any concerns before ordering.

Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! I'd love to bring your unique ideas to life.

Markets & Pop-Ups
Can I buy your bakes without pre-ordering?
Absolutely! I attend local markets and pop-ups where you can grab brownies, cookies, and exclusive flavours. Check my Instagram or the Where to Find Me section for my next event :)
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Can I change my order after placing it?
Small changes can usually be accommodated if made 2 days before collection/delivery. Please get in touch as soon as possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change.
- More than 2 days before your collection/delivery date: Full refund.
- Less than 2 days before your collection/delivery date: 50% refund.
- Same-day cancellations: Unfortunately, these are non-refundable as your order will already be in progress.
